A girl and a boy walked through the fair, minding their own business. It was a pretty good day out, so they figured they'd come.
"So, Risa, what do you wanna do?" The boy, who's tousled brown hair was peeking out from under his red and blue superhero cap and goggles by a bit, asked the girl, looking at her with his deep blue eyes.
The girl, who bore peachy skin and jet black hair that curled behind her in one large swoop to the left, and then to the right like a scythe or locks, shrugged, walking with her own violet eyes closed. "I don't know, Vince." She muttered. "You can lead if you want."
The boy bit his lip. "If I were to lead, where would we go...?" He muttered, putting a hand on his chin and looking up at the sky. "Hey, maybe we can find a decent fight!" He said, excited as he levitated off the ground, did a flip in front of the girl and hovered to her other side, following her slowly. "Waddaya say, Buddy Fighter?"
Risa sighed. "I don't know. Maybe if we find someone good."
Vince smiled and looked around, a hand over his eyes so the sun didn't blind him if he looked the wrong way. His eyes fell on a boy with a black hoodie, walking down the road. "How about him?" He pointed out the boy.
Risa looked at him, and in her mind, analyzed him. "Maybe, if he's even a fi-" But Vince cut her off by grabbing her hand and pulling her over, saying "great! Let's go!'
As they approached, Vince gave the boy a grin. "Hey, my buddy and I were wondering if you played Buddyfight, and if you did, of you wanted to go a round with us on the park stage?" He pointed at the stage a little past the stalls in the park across the street.
Risa sighed. She liked Vince and all, but she just wished that, sometimes, he'd be a little less excited. She expected a superhero to be more mature, even at 15 years. But then again, if Vine wasn't casual and energetic around her, it wouldn't be Vince.
(Whew! Finally made it! :D)
