Armament Control (Japanese: ()(そう)()(はい) Busō Shihai) is a keyword that allows the player to use an item on a monster with the ability.

Mechanics[]

Reminders[]

[Armament Control] (You may equip an item to this card by paying its [Equip Cost]. This card gains the equipped item's Power, Critical and Defense. This card can only equip one item, and this ability cannot be nullified! If this monster leaves the field, the item this card equipped remains on the field, but cannot be used again until a new monster with [Armament Control] is played.)

Mechanics[]

  • [Armament Control] can be used when you would equip an item.
  • Instead of equipping onto the player, place the item onto the monster with the ability, in a manner similar to when you equip an item.
    • If the item itself has the ability, it can be equipped to any monster instead.
  • The item is considered to be "equipped".
  • The Power, Critical and Defense of the item are added to the monster's.
  • The monster and the item attack together. But this is not a link attack.
  • If a monster equipping an item through [Armament Control] leaves the field, the item remains on the field but cannot be used.
    • It cannot attack, or use its abilites.
    • It is not considered as being "equipped".
  • A monster can only equip one item at a time. Whether through its own ability or the ability of the item it equips.
  • An item used in [Armament Control] cannot be dropped to [Armament Control] with a new item.
